Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Red Hawk Studios handles information in Wordchain Surgery and on this website.

Summary
Wordchain Surgery does not require an account, display third-party advertising, or use third-party analytics or tracking technologies. Red Hawk Studios does not collect or receive personal information through the app during ordinary gameplay.
Information stored on your device
The app stores game progress and preferences locally on your device, including completed levels, scores, stars, streaks, hint usage, unlock status, reminder settings, and local diagnostic gameplay events. This information is used to provide game features and is not transmitted to Red Hawk Studios.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Red Hawk Studios receives only the purchase and entitlement information made available by Apple that is necessary to unlock or restore purchased content. We do not receive or store your payment card or banking information. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Notifications
If you enable daily reminders, the app requests notification permission and schedules notifications on your device. Your reminder preference is stored locally. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
Support communications
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, device details, and message. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and satisfy legal obligations. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
This website
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a server-side contact form. The support form opens your device's email application; information is not sent unless you choose to send the resulting email.
Sharing and tracking
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or track users across apps or websites. Information sent in a support request may be processed by the email providers used to deliver the message under their own terms.
Children's privacy
Wordchain Surgery is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through a support request, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Your choices and deletion
You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings. To request access to or deletion of information you sent directly to Red Hawk Studios, email support@redhawk-studios.com. We may need to retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
